Patient Survey Responses

In a survey conducted between January and March 2013 by and independent research firm our patients were asked:

“What do you like Best about this practice?”

The following are the responses we received:

  • “I appreciated how accommodating the scheduling was; an appointment has always been available whenever I need one. Once I requested moving up an appointment by one day but was told there was nothing available; within the hour I received a call back (from April) advising of a cancellation. I really appreciated this.”

  • “April sets the tone for the office – she makes you feel welcome, she’s nice, smart, and caring. The nurses are so sweet! Dr. Lobby rocks! I feel very happy that I get to go to an office that specializes in women’s urology – many of the “traditional” urologists are creepy (the doctors, their staff). Going to a urologist is not a “fun” experience in and of itself, but at least when I have to, I have a great, wonderful, caring group of professionals to help me with this part of my life. It means more than you know!”
